The HRSC solution is a specific tool for the HR Italian market that is compliant with the HR Italian law requirements.

Considering the context, the tool places after the monthly processing of the payslip and of the attendance book. It allows to perform as exception the recurring control on payment data in a very fast and simple way in order to easily and synthetically highlight the following:

  • events (hiring, expiration, transfer etc.);
  • standard indicators upper threshold variations (e.g. overtime, net);
  • deadlines (terminable contract, part time, authorization from Authorities etc.);
  • items not approved (e.g.: business trip allowance, availability allowance);
  • mismatches (e.g.: virtual DM10, F24 – tax, INPS, Found slipes etc.);
  • other anomalies (e.g.: taxable income, previous month items);
  • INAIL – job/risk code mismatch and contributory rate mismatch;
  • 730 – calculation control, progress control and balance value control;
  • 770 – statement content analysis: tax substitute, fiscal data, performance, separated taxation, TFR, notes, social security data and insurance data etc with alignment elements with F24, Uniemens and payment items;
  • F24 – monthly statement with sheets to check the detailed data ad the alignment of the summary records, by management the tax office, INPS, Regioni section, local taxes, INAIL;

and to reply to potential requests for information coming from internal and/or external stakeholders.

HRSC can perform simulations on period personnel cost, based on availability of the attendances collected to date and of the average value of the previous month(s) salary (or of other estimated average values).

HRSC gives the opportunity to directly see the Payroll application software criterion to which HRSC is connected. Below a short list as sample: payment items, statement compilation parameters, F24, CU, 770, Uniemens items, TFR re-valuation indexes etc.

HRSC is updated every year to be in line with the HR Italian law development and it is certified by a major Job Consulting Center to ensure its cohesion with the actual law requirements.
