Project Management & PMO

• Initiative/projects/streams identification, selection and classification;
• Program/Project organization chart design, according to roles and responsibilities to monitor the Program/Project itself;
• Different teams of the various areas (internal and external resources) coordination and verification of the adequate iteration among external, IT and Business resources;
• Project activities set-up, planning and operating management, with particular control on timing and resource involvement respect and potential activities/resources re-planning;
• Periodic progress evaluation related to the defined Program/Project, in line with the project control model and indicators identified in the Program/Project set-up phase;
• Program/Project monitoring tools adoption (IE RAG Chart) and documentation repository;
• Issues identification and management related to deviations to original plan, based upon defined methods and tools (Risk&Issue Management, Change Request process);
• Stakeholder relationship management (from operating levels to Top Management – Customer, Vendor etc).

• Risk identification, results evaluation and identification of corrective/improvement actions and monitoring of their execution;
• IV&V Activities.

Supervision, training and coaching on Project Management methodology, processes and tools to other Program/Project Manager in terms of:

• Program/Project Management processes and tools set-up according to best practices, considering the single Client need;
• PMI tool support for their implementation and adoption (user side);
• Implementation monitoring;
• Design and execution support of improvement plans.

• Training and audit support about procedure adopted to be compliant with the CMMI certification;
• Support to the projects for the preparation to achieve CMMI certification.
